Allergy & Asthma Care of Fairfield County now offers peanut oral immunotherapy (desensitization) for children ages 6 months-17 years who are allergic to peanut.  Palforzia, which is peanut protein in carefully measured, gradually increasing doses, has been approved by the FDA as safe and effective for the treatment of peanut allergy.
