Dr. Backman Named Allergy Chief at Bridgeport
Dr. Backman has been named Chief of Allergy at Bridgeport Hospital. Dr. Backman, who is board certified in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. He completed his residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals, and fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
